2. Purposes and legal bases
- Application processing — to assess your enquiry and contact you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to contract; Art. 6(1)(a) where consent is given).
- Quick enquiry and contact forms — to respond to your message (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent given via the privacy checkbox; Art. 6(1)(b) where you request information before applying).
- Newsletter — to send intake dates, campus news, and pathway guidance by email (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent; you may withdraw at any time).
- Communication — email, phone, WhatsApp (Art. 6(1)(b) or (a)).
- Website operation — essential storage, security, and language preference (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). See Cookie Policy.
3. Categories of data
Identity and contact data (name, email, phone), education and employment details, program preferences, document readiness declarations, newsletter email addresses, and correspondence content you provide in forms.
4. Retention
Application and enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary for processing your request and any statutory retention periods (typically up to 3 years for business correspondence unless a longer period applies). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
5. Recipients and processors
We use the following categories of processors bound by data processing agreements:
- Email delivery (Resend) — transactional emails for applications, enquiries, and newsletter signups. Provider may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Hosting — website and API infrastructure within the EU/EEA where possible.
Transfers outside the EEA occur only with appropriate safeguards as required by Art. 44 ff. GDPR.
6. Third-party fonts
Heading typefaces (Google Sans) are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When you visit the site, your browser may transmit your IP address to Google. We use this service to display typography consistently. You can limit this by adjusting browser settings or using privacy extensions. Body text uses Manrope, self-hosted via our application.
7. Local storage
We store cookie consent, optional language preference, and form submission timestamps in your browser. Details are listed in our Cookie Policy. Application submissions are also processed via our API and email systems; consent timestamps may be stored locally until backend records are confirmed.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Application, enquiry, and newsletter forms
Submitting the application form, quick enquiry, or newsletter signup requires explicit consent to contact and data processing via the privacy checkbox. Consent is recorded with a timestamp when you submit. Newsletter consent can be withdrawn by contacting us or using unsubscribe instructions in our emails.
